The Camp Carolina philosophy centers around simplicity of life, importance of self-reliance, value of human relations, wonders of nature, respect for property and resources and the challenge of high adventure. Camp Carolina has four simple goals. While emphasizing safety and having fun, boys learn community living skills, gain independence, make lasting friendships, and learn sportsmanship and skills in many activities. Community living skills are gained through the unique cabin unit.
