Description: Take your fitness to a new level! USD Triathlon Camp is dedicated to giving triathletes and aspiring triathletes state-of-the-art training techniques and racing strategies. You will learn the latest ideas in nutrition, flexibility, strength training, motivation, and goal-setting. Participants must be able to swim 500 yards, bike 20 miles, and run 3 miles (not necessarily all at once). Daily activities will be structured around the development and achievement of individual goals in a challenging environment. Camp ends with the 7th Annual Torero Triathlon. |
