Join head coach Mike Keeler and his staff for a sensational week in San Diego. Participants have said that they learned more in five days at camp than in four years of collegiate swimming. Each week will have a different emphasis. The first week will involve in-depth instruction and stroke development. Drills in fly, back, breast and freestyle strokes will help build strength and endurance. The second week will emphasize conditioning and speed work. Coach Keeler will include workouts that his collegiate team practices during their season.
