Description: 5 Elements Workshops and Camps for Girls 5 Elements Workshops and Camps offer a unique experience for girls 12-15. Workshops and Camps are being held at Greenwood College School, Mt. Pleasant and Davisville, a facility only two years old with the latest amenities and equipment. 5 Elements offers challenging, enlightening, self-esteem building interactive experiences, equipping girls with the tools to successfully maneuver through the difficult teenage years. Within a safe and fun environment, with emphasis on fun, our workshop leaders will be there to lead by example, to teach with understanding and help where appropriate. From creative movement, self-defense and fashion to relationships, body image, setting goals and setting limits, we’ll equip girls with the skills to help them deal with the lives they’re living now. And excel in the lives they will grow into.
