Camp sessions are 3 -6 days in most cases but at times longer. Camp staff are typically college students who are searching for a meaningful experience in working with people and who want to gain some real experience in working with people with developmental and other disabilties. Many college students receive intership credit for their work with Friendship Ventures. We provide training to all staff and volunteers. You come to us with a great attitude and we can teach you the skill that you need to be a great camp counselor and direct support staff.
