Receive training in hitting, bunting, batting stance, pitching, base running, sliding, throwing mechanics, speed development, fielding, pickoffs, tags, pivoting, cutoffs, relays, and double plays at the newly constructed baseball stadium! Use BYU's professional athletic equipment and unique training stations to learn the dynamics of strength and weight-conditioning fundamentals and apply them to your own individual training goals. Exciting intra-squad games provide opportunities to practice team strategies and individual baseball skills. Teams are formed according to participants' age and skill levels. Your own training videotape will be furnished. This tape provides you the opportunity to view your technique for needed adjustments.
