Camp Focus:

Sports Camps: Golf

Description: Since the Academy's inception, we have committed to accomplishing a single goal: to prepare junior golfers for success in tournament golf, university academics and life. We succeed when we instill in student athletes a sense of purpose and perspective. Golf is important, but development of a great golfer without proper academic and life habits would be considered a failure for the student and the academy. This website gives the chance to learn about us. It covers everything from the golf program that prompted you to seek us out, to academic choices and college placement, from tournament competition and student life, to the housing and golf facilities you will use daily. Read it thoroughly and you will be on your way to understanding the International Junior Golf Academy. The student body ranges from high school freshmen through college students and, over the life of the program, have come from 23 countries and 33 states in the U.S. More than thirty-eight percent of the class comes from as close as Canada and Mexico, as far away as Indonesia, Korea and Japan and, perhaps, as unexpected as Iceland and Saudi Arabia. The rest of the students come from all over the United States. The student body is diverse, whether measured by age, country of origin, golf skill or academic pursuit. You will not only improve your golf game and academics here, you will also make lifelong friends from all over the world. After you have finished reviewing the material here, we urge you to schedule a visit. You can meet our Class A PGA instructors and see firsthand the practice and playing facilities we use each day. You will also have a chance to visit the various schools where you can pursue your studies. We look forward to welcoming you!

Camp Season:2004-06-14 to 2004-08-08
Sessions: We have several different sessions which we will list here.
